Clients are assisted in navigating a complex marketplace across property search, acquisition, rental, disposal advisory and investment landlord advisory from £1m to £200m.

Buying
Utilising an extensive network of peers and contacts, clients are advised and offered opportunities to discreetly acquire exceptional, uncompromised properties, that will stand the test of time, 76% of which are before they have reached the open-market. Every aspect of the purchasing process is handled on the client’s behalf, from the initial consultation right through to a completion-concierge service.
Renting
Accessing the finest opportunities within the frenetic rental market, the company sources short and long-term rental solutions for individuals and companies. All elements of the transaction, including the administration and advisory around this are handled on the client's behalf. A service which is particularly popular with transient clients, along with sports and media-based individuals.
Consultancy
Deploying market-leading advice and strategy, further supported by an experienced advisory board, we aid clients in the disposal of assets; further broad term consultancy including valuation advice; landlord lettings advisory; which consists of assisting in the instruction of agents, negotiation of offers and managing transactions.
